Some thoughts on using life as a vehicle for exploration
(or - what works for me):
1) Whatever your beliefs, treat your daily experiences as existing to teach you something. If you believe there is something to learn from a situation, a lesson will appear, sometimes with some digging.
If you insist on reality being stochastic and meaningless, you will find shallow lessons that are compatible with stochastic meaninglessness.
2) Be willing to detach from any idea, plan, identity, or thing, especially the ones that are core to your identity. Trust that you are fluid and infinite underneath and can internalize and hold many contradicting realities at once.
Try to grok radically different realities from their points of view. Seek out experiences that are orthogonal to your persona, not just supporting or opposing it.
3) Trust your intuition, trust your body, deepen your relationship with it, and assume it's going to take you unpredictable-ass places. Strap in.
4) Write. Move. Dance. Make art. Find channels to work through whatever energies are live in your body and do it for your own evolution as much as the external outcome. When you're stuck, get out of your head and move.
Also - I'm opening up for business on a wide array of consulting and journey-assisting services. More later, but check on the website (under "services") for more info.
